If the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, the item(s) should be returned with the driver and reported to beds.ie while the driver is still present. If the item(s) is found to be faulty within one year of purchase, please write to, fax or e-mail us at the contacts below, stating your order reference, nature of the problem and attaching/enclosing clear photographs depicting the problem. We are sorry but Bunkbedsandmore.com are unable to look into such claims if photographic evidence is not supplied. No items may be returned to us without prior agreement. You may cancel your order in writing (email or letter) within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase value. Items that are not stocked by beds.ie including special sizes or colours can only be cancelled if we are able to cancel said item(s) with the manufacturer. There will be no returns made for personalised goods
Beds & Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses & Beds, which have been opened and slept on, cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons). If you wish to test a product(s) that you are unsure of, please keep it sealed in its original packaging and inform beds.ie drivers, that you want the product to remain sealed.
Products must be returned using a reputable carrier within 14 days from delivery and all costs incurred by this will be directly at the customer’s own expense. Upon our receipt of the product, it will be inspected by our customer care team and assuming it is in pristine condition, you will be issued with a full refund of the transaction value with the exemption of our delivery costs. If preferable, we will be happy to issue a credit voucher against a future purchase including the original delivery charge – this voucher has no limitation of timescale.
All customers must realise that we invest massive time and capital into the production of images that we feel are as accurate as possible – please note that all PC/MAC display screens will reproduce colours and shades in a wide variety of manners due to individual screen calibration. We cannot be held responsible for any perceived colour variations and this shall not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
